Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Government Relations Officer (GRO)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Saudi e-government platforms and be capable of handling all company-related documentation, renewals, and official procedures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all government-related tasks including Iqamas, work permits, and visas.
  • Handle renewals and follow-ups for company commercial and operational licenses.
  • Process transactions and monitor compliance through official government platforms, including:
  • Muqeem
    – Iqama issuance and renewals.
  • Qiwa
    – Work permits and employment contracts.
  • Mudad
    – Wage protection and payroll compliance.
  • Meras / Ministry of Commerce
    – Commercial registration.
  • Balady
    – Municipal and facility licenses.
  • Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs and Housing
    – Permits for business activities.
  • Ejar
    – Lease contract registration.
  • Saudi Business Center (SBC)
    – Establishment and license services.
  • GOSI / Tameenaty Aamal
    – Employee registration and social insurance.
  • HRSD (Ministry of Human Resources)
    – Labor services and sponsorship management.
  • MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
    – Visit visa and document attestation.
  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
    – Registration of engineers and technicians.
  • Efaa
    – Reviewing and paying government fines.
  • ZATCA
    – VAT, Zakat, and e-invoicing compliance.
  • Chamber of Commerce
    – Membership and certificate renewal.
  • Saudi Post (SPL / Wasel)
    – Company address and official correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher (bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Government Relations within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and all major government platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Arabic and English
    .
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
