Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Outside Sales Representative
to promote and sell new line of sanitary ware products across various sectors
including towers, hotels, villas, and apartments.

The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience and a passion for achieving results. This role focuses on direct product sales to both companies and individuals, with a monthly target of 700 units. Compensation is commission-based, with attractive incentives for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell sanitary ware products to contractors, developers, hotels, and individual clients.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships through field visits and product presentations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (700 pieces per month).
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and client updates.
  • Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field/offline sales, preferably in building materials or sanitary ware.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
  • Valid driving license.
  • High school diploma or higher degree in sales, marketing, or related field.

مندوب مبيعات خارجي
لتسويق وبيع منتج جديد في مجال الأدوات الصحية، وذلك لعملاء
متنوعين مثل الأبراج، الفنادق، الفلل، والشقق السكنية.

الوظيفة تعتمد على البيع المباشر للمنتج النهائي، سواء من خلال شركات أو أفراد، بنظام العمولة مع هدف مبيعات شهري يبلغ 700 قطعة.

تُقدَّم حوافز مجزية للمتميزين في تحقيق الأهداف.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  1. تسويق وبيع منتجات الأدوات الصحية لعملاء الشركات والأفراد.
  2. زيارة المشاريع والمواقع السكنية والفندقية لعرض المنتجات.
  3. تحقيق هدف المبيعات الشهري (700 قطعة).
  4. التفاوض وإتمام الصفقات بطريقة احترافية.
  5. إعداد تقارير دورية حول المبيعات والعملاء والسوق.
  6. تقديم ملاحظات للإدارة حول احتياجات السوق والمنافسين.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • خبرة في المبيعات الميدانية، ويفضل في مجال مواد البناء أو الأدوات الصحية.
  • مهارات عالية في التواصل والإقناع والتفاوض.
  • قدرة على تحقيق الأهداف وتحمل ضغط العمل.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
  • شهادة ثانوية على الأقل، ويفضل من لديه مؤهل في المبيعات أو التسويق.
