Role Summary
We are seeking
experienced field sales professionals
with a background in
B2B sales, restaurant marketing, or hospitality sales
. This is a
fully field-based, commission-only role
— you will engage restaurant, café, and hotel decision-makers directly in your local market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant, café, and hotel partners in your territory.
- Conduct
B2B presentations and live product demos
tailored to client needs. - Build and maintain
long-term business relationships
with decision-makers. - Manage your personal sales pipeline and set individual performance goals.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and
secure handling of online payments

Candidate Profile / Qualifications
- Proven track record in
field sales, B2B marketing, or hospitality technology sales
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Arabic fluency
(spoken and written) — mandatory. English is a plus. - Must be
currently residing in one of the GCC countries
. - Professional appearance, customer-focused mindset, and high ethical standards.
- Proficiency with online payment systems and digital payment links
, including the ability to securely process client transactions. - Self-motivated, independent, and capable of driving results without direct supervision.

Compensation & Incentives
- Commission-based model
— minimum
800 AED per deal
. - Performance bonuses
after your
10th, 20th, and 30th deals
— up to
1,500 AED extra
. - Commissions processed and paid within 48 hours
of successful deal closure. - Unlimited earning potential
— higher effort equals higher reward. - Full product training and continuous professional support provided.
