About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed Mozn targets. Your primary focus will be improving sales key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and managing the sales team in the non-banking and insurance sectors
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the FSI sales strategy to achieve regional revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on financial institutions, insurance providers, and fintech companies.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure go-to-market alignment.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting with precision and accountability.
- Build and expand trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within banks, insurers, and fintechs.
- Identify, pursue, and close strategic deals that drive AI adoption across FSI — including use cases in fraud detection, AML/KYC, credit risk, customer insights, and process automation.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, regulatory frameworks, and procurement processes within the financial sector.
- Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, consulting firms, and financial technology alliances.
- Manage, motivate, and upskill a team of experienced account executives and sales specialists.
- Establish clear KPIs and accountability metrics for individual and team success.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and career development for the FSI sales team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Product Development, to align sales strategies and maximize revenue generation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Stay current on financial regulations, digital transformation trends, and emerging AI applications in financial services.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company at FSI events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- +7 years of sales experienceine in a similar field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or financial services sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven record of driving multimillion-dollar deals and exceeding sales targets within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, risk management, and digital transformation in banking and insurance.
- Experience navigating complex FSI compliance and procurement environments.
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English .
