Head of Business Development
to drive strategic market expansion and lead high-impact commercial initiatives.
This senior leadership role suits someone who excels at building influential partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and steering long-term growth within the investment and financial services sector.

In this role, you will:
Define and execute the organisation's overarching business development strategy
Lead expansion across new markets and investment verticals
Build and manage strategic relationships across the investment, banking, and financial services ecosystem
Partner closely with senior leadership to shape go-to-market plans and long-range commercial priorities
Convert market intelligence into actionable business opportunities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance BD team

What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Strong experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate strategy within
financial services or related markets - Deep understanding of investment products, institutional partnerships, and the broader financial ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling strategic commercial relationships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- A confident, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- A relevant academic background in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA beneficial)
