Key Account Manager (Huawei Project required in KSA)
(Only Saudi Arabia located person can apply)
Salary Range: /-SAR
Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage and maintain strong relationships with the Huawei team as the primary point of contact.
2-Understand client requirements and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and Huawei.
3-Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and ensuring timely proposal submissions.
4-Coordinate service delivery, ensuring all project activities meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
5-Monitor SLAs, track performance, and address any service gaps proactively.
6-Handle invoicing activities, including preparation, verification, and timely submission of monthly bills.
7-Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client interactions and project progress.
8-Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably with Huawei or in the telecom industry.

Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing processes, and documentation.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
