Sales & Business Development Intern
, you will gain first-hand experience in how companies
generate, qualify, and close deals
in fast-moving markets.

client engagement, market development, and sales enablement,

What You'll Do

1. Client Prospecting & Engagement

  • Initiate professional outreach to prospective business clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Communicate value propositions confidently and tailor messages to each business segment.
  • Nurture early-stage conversations and schedule qualified meetings for the field or closing teams.
  • Document interactions, insights, and next steps in the CRM with precision and clarity.

2. Field & Market Development Support

  • Accompany senior sales representatives during on-site client visits and business meetings.
  • Conduct basic market mapping, identify key decision-makers, and gather essential client information.
  • Observe live negotiations, product demonstrations, and customer feedback sessions.
  • Report visit outcomes, emerging opportunities, and competitive intelligence to sales leadership.

3. Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and lead-to-deal traceability.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and internal coordination documents.
  • Support pipeline tracking, follow-up reminders, and reporting to enhance conversion efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications:

  • University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with polished communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and naturally curious about how businesses grow and make decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in structured, goal-driven environments.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and eager to learn CRM tools.
