Position: Junior Event Coordinator
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally.
Communicate with suppliers to evaluate services and products.
Maintain and update the company database with supplier and client information.
Analyze client inquiries and report to management.
Support event planning and logistics for exhibitions and conferences.
Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze services and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Entry-level experience in customer service or event coordination preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
