This role is essential for ensuring that our procurement processes align with our organization's objectives and project requirements.Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the procurement section, focusing on equipment, vehicles, and facilities. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing processes. Conduct thorough market research to identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. Collaborate with project teams to establish procurement needs and specifications. Process purchase orders and monitor the procurement cycle, ensuring timely delivery of goods. Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports for management review. Ensure all procurement practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
