- Review and processing of GEMTE invoices, including communication with Vendors if required
- Travel Management:
- **Key Skills and Requirements*
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Administration or related degree
- Technical background or experience is beneficial.
- Minimum of 4+ years previous experience in admin or facility coordination field or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Zoom.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP will be considered an asset.
- Energized to deliver and drive results. Very efficient and organized with the ability to quickly and proactively step in and handle challenging situations.
- Efficient, organized and flexible, with the ability to step in and handle challenging situations quickly and proactively. Must be able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
