**Key responsibilities**
- Coordination with government entities.
- Support in the management of bid/tender acquiring process.
- Preparation and submission of quotations and tender documents.
- Supervise, organize, and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree
- Bilingual, English and Arabic
- Saudi National preferred
- Proven 2-3 years of experience of working as Admin Assistant/Admin Co-Ordinator or similar role.
- Proficient with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication

الرد على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والرد على المكالمات الهاتفية للمكتب.

**متطلبات**:
درجة البكالوريوس.

جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.

يفضل سعودي الجنسية.

خبرة 2-3 سنوات في العمل كمساعد إداري / منسق إداري أو دور مماثل.

يتقن برامج MS Office (Excel,Word & Powerpoint) وما الى ذلك.
