Primary contact for clients and internal colleague inquiries, including and not limited to, client meetings, campaign's coverage and usage analysis, prospective client requirements (i.e., content, briefing, etc.).


  • Deliver excellent client's service and care (i.e., data, feeds, service), account/sales coverage assignments, and all forms of escalation to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversight of client due diligence questionnaire process, internal cross departmental relationship (i.e., documentation and/or participation), and deep dive related requests applicable to the client portfolios.
  • Responsible for content, production and client collaboration of due diligence and board meeting presentation decks.
  • Analyze client requirements, including any regulatory related initiatives, and collaborate with the leadership team, product management or technology for the design, development, and implementation of operational improvement of current campaigns.
  • Manage all outbound client's statements including incident notifications, influencers analysis, and if necessary, hosts bridge line communication during extreme file delay scenarios.
  • Collaborate and partner with account and sales teams by analyzing asset class utilization, and service enhancements to drive revenue and close related deals.
  • Monthly revenue reporting of open pipeline and closed sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to generate webbased content including campaigns, and webpages content, as well as internal and external print collateral.
