We are looking for a great candidate that has experience with building and tracking growth resources and skills required to analyze consumer behavior.

They should be experienced in determining the needs and desires of customers for the benefit of the company or research studies.

You can expect to learn new skills, tools and grow in your strength, versatility, and competence in this job with the support of the growth team.

Duties amp; Responsibilities:

1) Represent the Growth Mindset within the company.2) Develop regular /ad-hoc reports and dashboards.3) Simplify and interpret data using data storytelling techniques.4) Perform behavioral analysis and follow their performance on a weekly/monthly level.5) Perform demand projection, reporting, and growth metrics tracking on a defined basis.6) Create, test, and derive suggestions for a hypothesis, using the acquired deep analytical understanding of the drives and challenges in the growth department.7) Develop data pipelined, write complex queries and perform analysis using advanced SQL.8) Responsible for mentoring the demand projection vs targets on a daily basis.9) Responsible for funnel analysis, and channel optimizations by evaluating channels that yield the most growth potential.10) Understand and identify the big picture along with the minor details of growth functions and build a correlation between all the related components.

Job Specifications amp; Requirements:

1) Min 2 years experience in data analytics or business analysis.2) Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar.3) Proven experience in B2C sales.4) Knowledge in areas similar to category management, retail, or customer analytics.5) Expert in reporting and data visualization, Tableau preferred.6) Experience with querying and statistical analyses of Big Data.7) Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.8) Basic knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of the customer journey9) Advanced in data analysis, KPI tracking, spotting opportunities and challenges related to growth, and data visualization.10) Proficiency in Excel, Advanced SQL.11) Communication, Problem-solving, Mathematical, and Analytical skills are essential in this career field.
