Define and implement the presales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand sectorspecific needs and tailor presales initiatives accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other Heads of Presales within different LoB(s) to develop integrated solutions and manage work synergies.
  • Work with LOB GM and Sales Managers to identify & develop the selling approach.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis, and proactively use the knowledge in developing new solutions.
  • Review market trends and technological advances to determine impact on the LoB's offering.
  • Work with team to design highly technical solutions and identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
  • Analyze and determine partnership strategies in coordination with the LoB GM and Partner Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to design and propose solutions that address clientspecific needs, particularly in sectors like Telecom, Utilities, Enterprise, Banking, and Healthcare.
  • Ensure that the LoB's technical components of the proposals is efficiently integrated with all configured solutions before submission to the sales team for final compilation.
  • Work with Presales Managers to ensure proper assignment of their teams to their projects, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Review and approve the preliminary offer for high value and complex solutions configuration.
  • Stay updated with the company's offerings, especially in areas like Digital Transformation, Revenue Management, ERP, and Data & Analytics to prepare and regularly update the new offerings Portfolio.
  • Ensure and coordinate the education of the Sales Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of new offerings to guide them in identifying leads within the assigned sectors.
  • Communicate with Sales, PMs, and technical teams to gather insights and information on various aspects such as clients' needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the offering's portfolio or changes in proposal.
  • Ensure proper knowledge preservation and management of both the presales team and the organization.
  • Coordinate continuous products/offering awareness campaigns across the organization.
  • Develop the presales team to be ready to act as a consultant/advisor to the client on complex technical issues and conduct presentations.

  • Excellent command of English

Technical Skills:

  • B.Sc. of Engineering, preferably Communication and Electronics Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in a relevant industry, minimum 5 years of which in a similar position.
  • MBA is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the sectors the company operates in, especially Telecom, Utilities, and Enterprise.
  • Proficient in Telecom OSS/BSS, 5G, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, Revenue Management, and ERP solutions.
