About this opportunity
The role of "Head of Cloud Software Services" has the overall business responsibility for Cloud Software Services (Products and Services) in Saudi & Egypt and is expected to drive customer dialogues at VP and GM level, to add value to the customer Cloud Software Services Business, to grow Ericsson's Cloud Software Services footprint and to maintain solution delivery aligned with the global standards.
You are expected to drive new business development on top of the existing installed base, in the areas of Digital Transformation and 5G monetization.
This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Domain Cloud Software and Services (CSS) Market Area Middle East and Africa and will also be part of the customer unit's leadership team as well as a member of the Market Area Cloud Software Services Leadership Team.
What you will do
- Develop a farming strategy for the customers' ongoing business to expand the business leveraging local and global capabilities to contribute to generating upsell and crosssell opportunities expanding project scope in other domains or type of services or product.
- Ensure the continuity from presales to delivery, actively seek to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer satisfaction and Ericsson's business objectives
- You shall work within a given software and services sales objectives and be responsible and accountable to drive, plan and manage proactive sales engagement for the customer unit, together with the account organization.
- Responsible and accountable for delivering the complex projects, in the forms of project delivery, DevOps, Agile methodologies and etc. Adhering to Ericsson and global project delivery standards is a must.
- Ensuring successful deliveries of OSS, BSS and Core Network projects with extensive technical knowledge and responsible in securing and expanding the business
- Responsible for driving and supporting services sales.
- Leading a complex organization with direct people leadership responsibility.
- Building a strong Customer Relationship at Senior Management
- Accountable for competence and resource management for the unit.
- Leading, coaching and nurturing the KA team in CU with regards to the Cloud Software Services agenda.
You will bring
- Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
- University degree in Business or Engineering/ICT.
- Experience in Cloud Software Services and market insight
- Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Strong financial acumen and skills
- Ability to formulate strategies and concepts
- Ability to attract, develop and retain competence
- Ability to manage relationships at C-Level internally and externally.
- People leadership, senior capability in managing and driving change in an organization with multiple customers
- Thought leadership and commercial understanding as needed to identify short
