Responsible for involving everything towards the sales,ensuring that the clients have a strong understanding of the services and/orproducts provided.

  • Planningsales strategies in response to market and competitors' behavior,offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Developinga deep understanding of our software solutions, their features,capabilities, and integrations..
  • Designingand architecting end-to-end technology solutions that align with clientgoals and objectives..
  • Presentingand demonstrating proposed solutions to clients, effectively showcasingtheir value and benefits.
  • Conductingan in-depth analysis of client business processes, systems, andchallenges..
  • Establishinga system for tracking sales leads to ensure they are followed up on time.
  • Creatingproposals that clearly articulate the benefits of a product or serviceoffering to a customer in order to secure a contract or agreement topurchase a product or service.
  • Providingtechnical guidance and support to customers and internal teams throughoutthe sales process, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues,and providing recommendations to ensure the successful implementation andadoption of software solutions..

· Collaborating with cross-functionalteams, including development, implementation, and support teams, to ensureseamless solution delivery.

What you should have

· Bachelor's Computer science/ businessadministration or any related field MBAis a plus

· + 5 years of experience in the governmentsector

· Strong understanding of salesperformance metrics

· Familiarity with Agile mindset.

· strong understanding of softwarearchitecture, cloud computing, APIs, and databases..

· Proficiency in programming languages(e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.

· ability to understand customerneeds, build relationships, and provide tailored solutions

· Familiarity with CRM, ERP, orother enterprise software solutions is highly desirable

· Ability to assess customerrequirements, identify technical challenges, and propose effective solutions.
