Project management of the various maintenance phases;

  • Release aircraft to service from Base Maintenance, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, company processes and procedures, and within the scope of company approvals;
  • Define human resources for timely completion of aircraft maintenance projects;
  • Liaise with Aircraft Engineers to maintain workflows and communicate with stakeholders;
  • Participate in daily activities to maintain an efficient and compliant Part145/CAMO MRO;
  • Manage all members of staff including direct reports, for performance and conduct;
  • Lead the workplace with enthusiasm, perseverance, positive attitude, and flexibility to complement company standards;
  • Promote a Just Culture, adhere to company Health & Safety policies, and report all incidents and occurrences through the Company Safety Management System;
  • Monitor performance and provide regular briefings, guidance, and support to the team as necessary;
  • Responsible to maintain a fleet of 6 militarily modified A330 property of the Royal Saudi Air Force;
  • Plan and execute the maintenance plan and activities, including heavy maintenance, line maintenance and servicing;
  • Directs a team of maintenance technicians, CAMO and MCC engineers and GSE technicians to carry out all maintenance and engineering activities safely, on time, within allocated costs;
  • Continually reviews the overall maintenance effort to assure maximum safety and operating efficiency at a minimum cost;
  • Establishes work standards, hours of work, and shifts to be worked;
  • Close contact and reporting with the customer, working in their facilities;
  • Coordinates with customer flight schedule and aircraft availability;
  • Maintaining an open line of communication to ensure all relevant information is provided to the customer as it relates to the successful completion of the work scope;
  • Lead the development, communication, and implementation of efficient operational
- procedures, policies, and effective growth strategies for the MRO;

  • Ensures that the MRO/CAMO is properly staffed, managed, organized, trained, and directed to
- fulfil its responsibilities according to internal and Airbus regulations, including handling personnel issues such as discipline and termination when necessary;

  • Promotes a healthy culture for the departments and the team that benefits employee engagement, happiness, customer loyalty, safety, integrity, and overall excellence;
  • Provides the Director of Operations with the current airworthiness status of aircraft fleet, forecasting downtimes to facilitate maintenance scheduling at optimal times and ensure
- timely deferral or correction of aircraft discrepancies;

  • Hold an EASA B1 and/or B2 and/or C license with a minimum of three years active certification;
  • Deep understanding of EASA part145/CAMO requirements and Human Factors;
  • Excellent knowledge of the company's engineering operating systems;
  • Hold an Airbus A330 type rating course.
  • At least 10 year experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Have evidence of previous employment as Maintenance Management in civilian environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Be highly motivated, a great team player with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in the English language.
  • Exceptional customer, communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplined, multicultural team within the company.
  • Willingness to live in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Analytical ability to evaluate data and information to make operational decisions
