We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent with a background in the construction industry to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our construction products and services.

Your industry knowledge and sales expertise will be essential in meeting and exceeding our sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the construction industry. Understand their needs, challenges, and project requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with the latest construction products, materials, and services offered by our company. Be able to articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our offerings.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals. Create and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve these targets.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction sector. Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, showcasing how our products and services can meet their specific construction needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients. Close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the management team to help refine our sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent aftersales support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide input on product improvements and marketing strategies based on client feedback and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
