Position Objective:

Manage all Telecom Towers' Site Lease and Contract Management related activities including negotiation, preparation of agreements, disputes resolution.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Implement site lease strategies to ensure the best outcome to the client and safeguard the company's interests.
Collate, review, and enhance the site leasing database and ensure availability of information to his direct manager.

Execute new lease activities, lease renewals, contract amendment and all other relevant activities while ensuring abidance by set KPIs, SLAs and guidelines.

Communicate scope requirements with stakeholders, SAQ, Property Management, etc.

Execute agreements and ensure that all relevant parties are adhering to them and to set KPIs, SLAs and policies and procedures.

Risk management, flag any discrepancies to achieve SLA's and KPI's.

Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure that lease agreements are aligned with the country and the company's policies and procedures.

Liaise with Rent Cost Management and relevant stakeholders to cater for all relevant to site leasing requirements (e.g., permits, approvals, access requests)
Participate in formulating client's strategy and cascade it to ensure each functional area has its objectives and KPIs.
Assist in financial budgeting through providing insights and recommendations to the respective functional area.
Manage the client's employees; lead by example to ensure good performance and achieving the functional area's KPIs and objectives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Legal, Business, or Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
Contract Management Certification is highly desired.
High level skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI dashboards and reporting.
Experience in Project Management, preferably PMP certified.
Leadership skills, Change Management & Financial Management
Practiced balancing stakeholder interests and prioritizing competing tasks.
Able to develop strategies and execute with a high degree of ownership
Results-oriented and driven to innovate in a flexible environment.
Resourceful problem-solvers who take the initiative to learn new skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking)
