Position Overview:

As an ADHD Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our son in navigating the daily obstacles that accompany his condition.

You will work closely with him, offering personalized strategies, tools, and techniques to help him thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This is a unique opportunity to make a profound difference in the life of an exceptional child.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address our son's specific needs, focusing on academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with his teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in his care to ensure consistent support and effective communication.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to enhance his executive functioning skills, time management, organization, and selfregulation abilities.
  • Assist in developing effective study habits and homework strategies to optimize his learning potential.
  • Employ evidencebased interventions and behavioral management techniques to promote positive behavior and selfesteem.
  • Monitor and track his progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Offer support and guidance to our family, providing resources and education on ADHDrelated topics.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience working with children or adolescents with ADHD.
  • Strong understanding of ADHD, its impact on academic and social development, and evidencebased interventions.
  • Proficient in developing personalized strategies to address executive functioning deficits and enhance organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children and their families.
  • Valid certifications or credentials in ADHD coaching or related fields are preferred.
