The Telesales Support Specialist person will focus on supporting the sales Teams on operational issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Building pipelines with channel partners and Team members to close sales.
  • Maintaining databases of prospective client information.
  • Closing sales and working with client through closing processes.
  • Supporting Sales Teams' various functional operations within a sales channel and maintaining operational processes in support of the channel.
  • Giving billing support, maintaining accounts, order entry and archiving contractual documents.
  • Supporting Account Managers and Product Managers on all presentations and key sales materials.
  • Performing maintenance on customer accounts by coordinating with sales Teams.
  • Resolving inventory and billing discrepancies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years similar experience, preferably in an IT company.
  • Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn.
  • Pro-active individual with a "can do" attitude, who goes the extra mile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a Team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company's Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor.
