The Role

You will be responsible for:

  1. Operating, providing, and implementing various operations/logistical and administration functions.
  2. Monitoring day-to-day administrative activities related to Iqama, including office equipment maintenance and inventory control.
  3. Planning, directing, and coordinating organization operations in line with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
  4. Maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and supporting visa operations.
  5. Updating and adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  6. Developing effective relationships with external stakeholders and government departments.
  7. Keeping up to date with all government updates and communicating any changes to the management team.
  8. Creating basic SOP and supporting the team with templates and guides.
Ideal Profile

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within professional services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English (read, write, speak, and understand).
  • Valid KSA driving license and own transportation.
  • Highly motivated, responsible, and reliable with a proven track record.
  • Extensive experience in KSA labor, immigration, and company setup regulations.
  • Familiarity with online government portals for application processes.
  • Organized with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point).
  • Strong attention to detail and delivering work that is of a high standard.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
