Role Overview
With direction from the Talent & OD Manager - Rest of World, the Talent & OD Manager (Middle East) is responsible for the leadership and delivery of key talent management activities in the region, including, but not limited to: learning and development, organization development, performance management and talent development.
Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Supervise the delivery of talent management activities in the region across four key areas: learning and development, organization development, performance management, and talent development
- Collaborate with the Talent Management Center of Expertise (COE) to shape solutions and support delivery of current Talent Management programs and processes.
- Collaborate with regionally assigned HR Business Partner/s to implement the overall TM strategy in the context of regional requirements (e.g., Saudization requirements).
- Utilize assessment and feedback tools (and other leadership tools) as required for the region
- Provide oversight to the Regional L&D Specialist/s in the delivery of special programs including internship / Early Career-Hire program
- Provide oversight to the Regional L&D Specialist/s in the delivery of softskill / leadership / D&I programs
- Collaborate with project deployed HR colleagues on the delivery of talent management programs and processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across business line, functions, and Human Resources.
- Work to continuously improve relevance, effectiveness and delivery of talent related programs through evaluation, data analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline with a minimum of years of related experience with demonstrated increase in responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Talent Management/Learning and Development programs and solutions for the enterprise or specific business lines.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams to accomplish Talent Management/Learning and Development priorities for an organization.
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to accomplish a shared goal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a large multinational across diverse geographies and cultures
- Working knowledge of a matrix organizational structure
- Assessments certification (e.g., Insights Discovery, Hogan)
- Ability to travel 1015%
