B2B Sales Senior Specialist

Prime HR Solutions, a leading provider of comprehensive HR solutions, is searching for a passionate and results-oriented B2B Sales Senior Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by selling our innovative training services to businesses of all sizes.
About You:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the training, consulting, recruitment, manpower supply, or related industries.
· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, exceeding targets and consistently closing deals.
· Strong prospecting skills, adept at identifying and qualifying leads.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively showcase the value proposition of our training solutions.
· Experience in crafting compelling proposals and negotiating win-win contracts.
· Fluency in written and spoken English language.
· Presentable and professional demeanor, making a positive first impression on clients.
· Resourceful and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
· Familiarity with other relevant sales tools (e.g., email automation platforms, social media marketing) is a plus.
