Scope:
B2B, B2C, and B2G sales
B2B Sales:
- Identify and engage with businesses, organizations, and institutions in need of charter bus services.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential B2B customers.
- Understand their specific transportation requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals highlighting the benefits and costeffectiveness of our charter bus services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of contracts and customer satisfaction.
B2C Sales:
- Target individual customers, families, and groups seeking charter buses for events, vacations, and other personal transportation needs.
- Develop marketing strategies to reach and engage with the B2C audience, leveraging online platforms, social media, and targeted advertising.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns targeting B2C customers.
- Foster customer loyalty and generate positive reviews and referrals.
B2G Sales:
- Identify government agencies, educational institutions, and other public sector entities requiring charter bus services.
- Understand government procurement processes and requirements.
- Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents in compliance with government guidelines.
- Build relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in the government sector.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure adherence to government regulations and contract specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target segments and develop effective sales strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2G customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in each segment.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with commercial Team to leverage promotional materials and campaigns tailored to each target segment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in market demand within B2B, B2C, and B2G sectors.
- Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for each segment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Results-driven and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with B2B, B2C, and B2G sales processes and requirements.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
