Sarmad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Insurance project team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies, and achieving sales targets.

You will work closely with other cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential insurance companies
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments
  • Monitor and report on sales performance
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Selfmotivated and resultoriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related fieldS
  • Since this is a techheavy industry, experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
