    Position Description:

ABOUT THE JOB


The role is accountable for supporting the Sales Manager to develop new business and conduct joint business plans with existing distributor/customer to deliver on agreed volume, revenue and gross margin targets.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage Distributor/Customer relationships through effective communication and representation
  • Deliver excellent service standards for distributors/customers and operations
  • Identify and manage sales opportunities in conjunction with the Sales Manager, overlooking contracts and managing distributor/customer performance by tracking against agreed metrics
  • Identifying new customers to grow Foodservice business
  • Unlock portfolio opportunities inmarket by working closely and utilising inmarket Chefsmen capability
  • Proactively generating new leads and increasing brand awareness in market

ABOUT YOU

You would possess the following:

  • 5+ years of business development in Foodservice industry preferably in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah with a multinational company
  • Strong understanding of region and business
  • Should be willing to be in market, visiting customers 80% of the time, with a strong drive for results,
  • Skilled at identifying and pursuing new sales leads, building relationships with key decisionmakers, and closing deals.
  • Should have a valid KSA driving license
