We're looking for a highly motivated Ticketing Sales Director to build sales opportunities and form connections with new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to find new ways to help us achieve our client acquisition and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including mega event organizers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and shape product improvements.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in software solution sales, preferably in the event management or ticketing industry.
  • Successful experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
