On behalf of a Riyadh-based Consultancy, we are seeking an experienced Bilingual Sales Director with a minimum of 7 years in a sales leadership role to lead their sales department.

Experience: 7 years in a sales leadership role, with extensive experience in selling B2B services, CRM, and preferably Customer Data Management (CDM). Proven track record in proposal development, government tendering, and pricing strategy.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director, with a minimum of 7 years in a sales leadership role, to lead a busy sales department.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B service sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and experience in Customer Data Management (CDMThe Sales Director will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth through private sector, government contracts, and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:


• Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business goals.


B2B Sales Expertise: Drive sales of B2B services, leveraging CRM and CDM tools to maximize customer engagement and retention.


• Proposal Development:
Lead the development of compelling proposals for private organizations, government tenders, and large contracts.


Government Tendering: Navigate the complexities of government procurement processes and tender submissions.


Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to enhance profitability.


Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, setting sales targets and KPIs.


Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.


• Reporting and Forecasting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.


• Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with other departments

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Business graduate preferably from a Western university.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong leader and facilitator with proven experience leading diverse competencies.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and make things happen.
  • Highly self-motivated and forward-thinking person.
  • Strong ability to identify development opportunities contributing to innovative and profitable B2B business.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Great networker, easily building trustful relationships.
  • Highly ambitious and personable with a team spirit.
  • High attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and manage your time effectively.
