Job Description

1- Partnership Acquisitions:

  • Build and maintain strategicrelationships with the top National & International brands.
  • Identify, analyze,and pursue potential opportunities, as well as emerging trends to partner forempowering Resal Product Catalogue.
  • Negotiatecommercials to benefit Resal profitability.
  • Set Targets: Meet orexceed Resal stated targets and Company Goals.

2- Serve and care for key partners:

  • Act as the partnersinternal advocate to deliver best-in-class satisfaction, including coordinationwith internal and external groups.
  • Qualifying potentialmajor partners through prospect research and coordinate closely withpartnership head and transitioning relationship.

3- Manage internalprocess:

  • Manages thePartnership Management Department mandates, providing leadership and facilitatingwork processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
  • Ensures compliancewith organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards in thePartnership Management Department.

4- Key internal working relationship:

  • Working closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Engineering.

Requirements
  • Degree qualification preferably in Business - marketing
  • Proven success record in partnership acquisition withability to identify, negotiate, develop zero to one partnership projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
