The SLLM will collaborate with the Quality and Delivery Excellence organization to assist the Head of Training, Knowledge Management, and Lessons Learned (HoTKM&LL) in ensuring the effective implementation of the related knowledge management lessons learned strategy throughout the duration of the project.

Grow the Knowledge Management and Training plan, policies, procedures, and forms and advance a program of work to address Knowledge Management Priorities

  • Develop the Lessons Learned plan; policies, procedures and forms
  • The LLM should assist Quality and Delivery Excellence departments in deploying a comprehensive set of knowledge management skills and resources to support the learning outcomes within the scope of responsibility
  • Develop and implement a detailed learning plan based on learning outcomes or learning questions, as well as related work plans
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to draw conclusions and identify important learning methods throughout the project
  • Produce and distribute highquality learning products, reports, infographics, blog posts, videos, etc.
  • Track and record innovative developments from programs to date
  • Review completed assessments, project reports, and blogs and transform them into learning briefs aligned with key result areas of the project
  • Participate in the final project meetings and harvest some lessons learned, take notes, and write the final stakeholder workshop report
  • Collaborate with all Quality & Delivery Excellence departments associated with the project and present the critical project success stories

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Extensive experience in a lessonslearned management role
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of successful leadership in largescale projects
  • Master'sters degree is preferred, with eight years of successful leadership in largescale projects
  • Ability to quickly and competently analyze, consolidate and summarise complex information from multiple data sources, including quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to make compelling and informative communications verbally in English and a range of written and visual formats to a variety of stakeholders, including in multilingual contexts
  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and judgment to take a proactive approach to share knowledge and experience in what works
  • Personal effectiveness/selfmanagement
  • Ability to work under time pressures but also to be flexible and adaptable
  • Clear vision and strong planning skills to create and deliver a learning agenda
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing, negotiation, and facilitation
  • Understanding and familiarity with Lean and/or Six Sigma concepts
  • Expertise in lessons learning methodology
  • Capability and sensitivity to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
