We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and support functions to ensure the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle vendor registrations and maintain vendor relationships. (SAP Ariba experience preferable)
  • Sign up the company for relevant opportunities and ensure timely submissions.
  • Communicate effectively via email with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills

  • Proficient in English and Arabic. (Required)
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Dynamic work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is required.
