In this role, you will design, develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to improve individual, team, and organizational performance
You will be responsible for

  • Conduct training needs analysis using surveys, consultations with managers, industry trends and assessment results acquired from Talent Management team
  • Design functional and behavioral training programs; create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
  • Facilitate and deliver training programs using various instructional design techniques
  • Track effectiveness of the training programs and create report stating ROI of programs to present the same to top leadership team
  • Maintain internal Learning Management Systems
  • Prepare training budget, monitor maintenance of record and reports of expenses
  • Coordinate enrollment for training programs and track completion of mandatory onboarding training programs
  • Develop a knowledge development plan to enable knowledge sharing and collaboration within teams
  • Support employees in creation of Personal Development Plan and guide managers to enable Personal Development process for their team members
  • Collaborate with external facilitators and consulting organizations for delivering training and workshops within the allocate budget
  • Organize tasks and implement policies, processes, procedures, forms and tools
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account leading practices
  • Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Support peers across the organization when needed to perform their duties
  • Perform any other activities as and when required
You will need

  • 0-2 years of experience in Learning & Development within Tourism/ Hospitality industry (Specialist)
  • A bachelor's degree in Industrial / Organization Psychology or Business Administration with Human Resources specialization or equivalent is preferred
