About the Role


We are looking for a results-driven and entrepreneurial-mindset Sales and Marketing Director for the Home Consumer segment who will oversee the sales and marketing strategy for the business within multiple channels in the Country.

In this role, which involves an high level of responsibility and self-motivation to achieve business growth, you will be involved in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and in building long term consumer customer relations.

In your role you will develop top line sales and execute an omni-channel strategy, you will leverage market potential through networking with architects and influencers, attending selected marketing events and working with retail partnerships.

You will cultivate Brand awareness by being a Technogym Ambassador

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and FCF targets (Cash In) worldwide through coordination and supervision of subsidiaries and dealers
  • Localize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of packages to specific market needs
  • Provide guidelines for business development, gotomarket strategies capable of leading sales & marketing people
  • Develop profiled marketing campaigns and programs for specific customer segments to enhance customers' acquisition, retention, crosssell/upsell strategies and tactics
  • Allocate resources consistently with specific objectives, processes and metrics in mind
  • Lead, manage, and develop influencers' networks such as architects, designers, showroom partners, personal trainers, athletes, etc.
  • Partner with Technogym HQ functions to ensure products/services are well conceptualized, priced consistently, released on time and are supported by commercial plans locally that include promotional and advertising activities
  • Develop clear, insightful and thorough mediacreative projects briefs to guide local teams, key TG's HQ functions and external agencies
  • Bridge offline media and innovative, new marketing channels to create engaging consumer experiences and implementing integrated 360 degree multitouch points initiatives
  • Leverage strong financial acumen to recommend action plans
  • Provide timely, reliable and structured Forecasts to the HQ Business Unit Director through the coordination of local Sales & Marketing teams and their associated activities
  • Help hybrid or B2B sales reps to maximize performance on B2C

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing with a relevant experience (minimum 5 years) of managing direct sales and articulated sales networks
  • Background in Branded companies from Consumers B2C industries that target HWNI.
  • Proven track record in key sales roles including business development, direct sales, network of influencers, CRM execution expertise ( SFDC), and gotomarket execution
  • Relevant experience in value added premium portfolio of products and services targeted to affluent customers
  • Relevant experience in managing both owned channel / touchpoints (fields sales; inside sales; retail) and indirect channels (distributors or dealers)
  • Relevant expertise in businesses that leverage contact centers as a channel to sell
  • CRM + Lead management expertise: Solid CRM, Sales Funnel Management, sales force productivity experience
  • Coming from multinational companies with strong corporate brand identities and matrixed organisations
  • Sales team management
