Job Overview:

The
Partner Success Manager is responsible for driving the success of our partner ecosystem by providing guidance, support, and resources to our partners.

This role will work closely with partners to understand their business goals, identify opportunities for collaboration, and ensure that they are successful in using our products and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a partner success plan that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners on product usage, implementation, and marketing.
  • Track and analyse partner performance and success.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure partnership alignment.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics relevant to the partnership ecosystem.
  • Oversee the execution and renewal of partnership agreements.
  • Address any challenges or issues faced by partners, working diligently to find effective resolutions.
  • Escalate critical matters to appropriate internal teams for swift action.
