The Sales Manager is responsible for Controls, electrical and digital sales for GS CD business and drives the growth beyond the core area.

Within his responsibilities reside the preparation of quotations and proposals, definition of project strategies and the integration of multiple BU offerings.

The Sales Manager will ensure that the customers reach their individual goals in partnership with Siemens Energy and that Siemens Energy continually develops a digital product catalogue pointed in the right direction.

Reporting to the Head of Go-to-Market in Region Middle East, you will be based in Dammam but will closely work with the globally distributed experts.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Energy systems or associated fields.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems used in Power Plants
  • Knowledge of Siemens Energy T3000 Control System is preferred
  • A good understanding (5+ years direct experience) of the energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, chemical or petrochemicals industry within a consulting or engineering environment in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven record of successfully working with digital business models
  • Strong understanding and experience in target/goaloriented digital roadmap creation from a value creation perspective.
  • Selfdriven and intrinsically motivated to take ownership of work.
  • Work in creative environments, employ outsidethebox thinking
  • Has experience and good track record in managing projects as well as expertise in case and business model development, project risk management, & stakeholder management.
  • Be an excellent communicator in culturally diverse environments
  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a Service Sales Manager for Controls & Digitalization business.
  • Be responsible for Saudi CD business by being close to our Customers and proactively building pipeline for future
  • Lead discussions with Customers on Controls/Electrical/Digital portfolio and develop technical solutions
  • Collaborate Internally within the Company
  • Responsible for the project bid clarification and negotiation with customer.
  • Establish and maintain the partnership with key customers
  • Fulfil the sales target
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and/or solutions out of the CD portfolio
  • Develop and manage technical proposals and lead contract negotiation.
  • Developing and implementing advertising and publicity campaigns.
  • Good understanding of existing market and solutions in the industrial and power generation environment.
