Yes ☒Yes ☐Responsible for management of all Revenue Complaints by providing valid feedback based on daily reconciliation, cash collection company report and bank report.

Educated to a Bachelor level or equivalent experienced candidateKnowledge and Skills
Basic understanding of station operations and associated activities.
Master knowledge of AFC Systems and AFC reports analysis.
A mature, proactive, and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem-solving
Capability
Ability to liaise professionally and persuasively with staff at all levels in the organization.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work efficiently and flexibly in unsupervised circumstances.
Experience

Minimum of 3 years, preferably 2 years of work experience in the related field.
