We are looking for anAffiliate Business Development Manager to join our talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of managing all aspects affiliates program from sourcing to managing to scaling
- Create all required/necessary trackers, reports and documents to support management decisions and drive growth
- Identify key affiliates and opportunities for growth and present them in a clear format to direct manager/management
- Set up proper placeholders in place to mitigate any crisis for the affiliates managed
- Align with internal Affiliate stakeholders (Tracking Manager, Performance Manager)
- Responsible for setting up delegation scheme when absent
- Maintain an ongoing good relationship with top tier affiliates through setting up periodic meetings and special events
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing affiliates in terms of onboarding new publishers/affiliate sourcing for at least 2 years
- Experience with affiliate management & tracking tools (PHG, Cake, Hasoffers, etc.)
- Ability to manage, communicate and organize workflows for the affiliate connections (can be up to 100s of affiliates)
- Grounded experience with the following platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Snapchat Ads, Apple Ads, TikTok Ads, Affiliate Marketing, SEM, Native Ads and other renowned platforms
- High Caliber team communicator with ability to clearly and accurately align on department goals and company's strategy
- Ability to assume ownership at all times whether working on premise or remotely
- Understanding of Forecasting models, Projections and how they relate to business dynamics (Supply/Demand balance)
- Well established in proofreading, reviewing and writing of business documentation, marketing copy and advertising captions
- Advanced spreadsheet skills in pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, and manipulating data to identify trends
