the Real Estate industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
As an Administrative coordinator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Key Accountabilities:
The position involves:
- Schedule meetings, preparing agendas, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed, providing flexibility and support across the organization.
- Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials, presentations, and other designrelated projects.
- Manage invoices, process expense reports, and assist with budget tracking.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or a similar role.
- Familiarity with design software and tools.
- Proficiency in English is needed.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
