تركز AHLEI المملكة العربية السعودية على المشاركة في رؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال المساهمة المباشرة في تطوير قوى العمل في قطاع السياحة في السعودية.

**وصف الوظيفة**

**نظرة عامة علي الوظيفة**:
مدير المبيعات والتسويق لقيادة المبيعات والتسويق للشهادات المهنية ودورات التدريب في صناعة الضيافة والسياحة. والتي تدفع أساسا الأداء والنمو بمسؤولية عن استراتيجية التسويق وخطط المبيعات

**المهام والواجبات الرئيسية**:

- تعيين وتنفيذ ومراقبة أهداف خطة العمل السنوية / الخطة التجارية والمستهدفات المبيعات داخل الفريق مع استعراض شهري لمواءمة خطة المبيعات.
- توفير الخبرة الإدارية والقيادية لتنسيق جهود المبيعات.
- ضمان أداء أعضاء فريق المبيعات حسب التوقعات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- أداء عرض المبيعات، ومكالمات المبيعات ومساعدة أعضاء فريق المبيعات لإتمام عمليات البيع.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات، وإعداد عروض الأسعار الخاصة والرد على العملاء لتعزيز المبيعات وتحسينها.
- دعم المبيعات من خلال تقديم عروض تقديمية، ومتابعة الزمن.
- تطوير علاقات مهنية والحفاظ على تواصل منتظم مع العملاء والموظفين الداخليين.
- وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات ومبادرات التسويق.
- الاشراف على إنشاء وإدارة العلامة التجارية.
- الاشراف على إنتاج جميع المواد المتعلقة بهوية العلامة التجارية، والمواد الدعائية الجديدة (على الإنترنت وغيرها).
- تطوير وإدارة ورصد استراتيجية قناة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- الإشراف على تحليل حركة المرور على الويب لإنشاء وتنفيذ استراتيجية تسويق ناجحة عبر الإنترنت وغيرها.
- إعداد مقترح النفقات السنوي لجميع أنشطة المبيعات والتسويق والاتصالات.
- التنبؤ وتخصيص الميزانية المعتمدة وفقًا للأنشطة الجارية على أساس شهري.
- أداء أي واجبات أخرى معقولة حسب ما يلزم من الإدارة من وقت لآخر.

- ماجستير / بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة 5 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
