  • To expand our Specialty Rental business, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, developing comprehensive plans and strategies with high accuracy projections. Growing the NIS on a yearly basis and delivering outstanding results in terms of return on investment will be crucial for success.
  • We value feedback from our customers and aim for a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). Striving for continuous improvement, you will address any concerns promptly and convert detractors into promoters. Additionally, you will work to incrementally increase pricing to account for inflation and logistics costs, in agreement with the Regional Manager and management team.
  • Building longterm rental contracts with O&G Principals and large Manufacturing units, including the Metal Industry, will be a key focus to establish a solid foundation year after year.
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and Business Controller, you will actively follow up with customers to manage receivables efficiently, aiming to keep them below 60 days. You will also monitor equipment readiness and maintain a decent parts inventory stock to meet regional target utilization levels consistently.
  • Efficiently managing crossborder equipment movement, in close coordination with the Regional Manager, Operations Manager, and local team members, will help us minimize costs.
  • To keep everyone informed and ensure transparency, you will prepare and submit a monthly report to the Regional Manager, summarizing key project updates, prospects, utilization rates, return on investment, growth indicators, and receivables. This report should also include relevant updates from the Service and Operations teams.

In this role:

  • Your knowledge of the Saudi Market will be crucial, as well as your expertise in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream O&G Industries, General Industry, and Power & Desalination Plants.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a requirement for this position. You should also possess strong skills in using MS Office tools, Sales Force, and Power Point presentations. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an additional advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • An excellent sales record, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in rental sales of highquality industrial machines, preferably medium and HP Air Compressors (both Oilfree & Oil Injected).
