Sales and Marketing Graduate to join our Drives segment based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to start their careers and gain valuable professional experience in this 2 year Graduate Program.

You will be part of a group of ambitious & enthusiastic graduates ready to share fresh perspectives that will serve as a catalyst for Danfoss' overarching goal of engineering a better tomorrow.


In this role, you can look forward to a highly varied workday with many different tasks and a large contact surface across the entire organization.

The position will be based in
Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Active participation in trade fairs, customer events and promotions and support of our DPD marketing activities.
  • Budget responsibility with regular results analysis of all DPD activities.
  • Acquisition of new customers as well as for maintaining and securing the customer base.
  • Support the creation of sales strategies within the creation of business plan.
  • Proactively gather market information and feedback to gain competitive advantage.

Background & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Prior experience in sales with a focus on prospects and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization.
  • Effective relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Flueny in English.
