Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Graduate to join their Climate Solutions team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for recent graduates aiming to kickstart their careers and gain valuable experience in a 2-year Junior Role. You'll be part of a group of ambitious graduates ready to bring fresh perspectives to help Danfoss achieve its goal of engineering a better future.

This position in Riyadh, KSA offers a varied workday with diverse tasks and extensive interaction across the organization. You'll have significant influence over your responsibilities and tasks. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Active participation in trade fairs, customer events, and promotions, supporting DCS marketing activities.
  • Managing budgets and analyzing results for all DCS activities.
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing customer base.
  • Assisting in developing sales strategies and business plans.
  • Gathering market information proactively for a competitive edge.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Prior sales experience with a focus on lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Effective relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Fluency in English.
