  • Contribute towardsaccelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Execution of Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory –delivery of ARR and Renewals. Closes business, delivering quotaagainst target. Ensure proper pipeline coverage; get the most returnfrom demand generation campaigns, proper progression, conversion, andparticipation rates. Identify, understand, and flex the optimalcomponents of pipeline growth with relentless focus. Establish strongcustomer relationships to position Oracle's full SaaS Strategicpillars around the customers digital transformation. Identify newbusiness opportunities. Partner with existing customers for upsellingopportunities and renewable business. Update sales forecasts, recordactivities and build opportunity close plans. Ensure proper pipelinecoverage, get the most return of demand generation campaign, dealprogression and conversion.
  • Develop long-term sustainablerelations with customers and partners. Establish and progress allopportunities in your territory. Prepare and attend with CSMs thebusiness review and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers. Actas a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and existingcustomers and partners. Ensure a proper Onboarding and ImplementationPartner for new projects with the right follow up to maximise customeroutcomes and to pave the way for future expansion.
  • Driveaccount and territory planning
  • Collaborate with SpecialistAccount Executives . Align forecast governance and executionwith SAEs Participate in large deals execution, leveraging productexpertise from SAEs and other key sales support functions Pipelinehealth and related activities to grow in a specific area.
  • Collaborate with the supporting functions and eco-system, especiallyMarketing, Alliances, Presales and CSMs.
  • X-LOBcollaboration towards driving customer success.
