Squadio is a Global Remote-first IT service provider headquartered in Riyadh KSA with Delivery Centers in Egypt and KSA. We were founded in 2011 in Riyadh, KSA, as an app development company (previously Ibtikar technologies) successfully pivoted our model to support the growing need of startups and companies seeking to hire and manage their own engineering team remotely with engineers vetted by Squadio's talent community.
Role Overview :
The Business Development Associate will collaborate closely with senior business development professionals, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our Talent as a Service (TAAS) platform. This position offers a comprehensive experience in strategic business development, making it ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in the tech services industry.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition :
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with high-ticket clients
- Utilize existing networks and establish new relationships to enhance market presence
- Research and engage key decision-makers in potential client organizations
Strategic Partnerships & Networking :
- Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, government entities, and key stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored business solutions for clients
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals and sales presentations
- Negotiate and secure contracts with clients in alignment with company objectives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities
Pipeline & Performance Management :
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline, revenue targets, and business development activities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion
- Utilize CRM tools for relationship management and structured sales approach
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of business development, sales, or strategic partnerships experience
- Established network in Saudi Arabia, particularly in government, enterprise, or key sectors
- Proven success in securing high-value B2B contracts and partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve revenue targets
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
