The purpose of this job family is to deliver advanced technical solutions and customized demonstrations to support the sales process by designing and configuring complex solutions tailored to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates pre-sales activities and develops solution specifications in alignment with sales teams.
  • Creates and delivers pre-sales technical presentations/demonstrations.
  • Prepares sales proposals, RFP, and RFI responses.
  • Reviews potential market analysis before new products launch.
  • Ensures consistency and customer requirement fulfillment across proposals.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to interact with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensures that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  • Collaborates with professional services management and product management departments to provide feedback on issues with current products/services and input around new products.
  • Conducts knowledge sharing sessions to ensure effective transfer of products and services knowledge throughout Presales whenever new products/services are onboarded.
  • Conducts meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and gather all necessary information to support solution production.
  • Conducts required solutions presentations to customers displaying the tested solution, key processes, outcomes, and future options for customer's internal evaluation and comments, ensuring alignment of presentation content to client requirements.
  • Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Years of Experience:

  • Preferred experience of 5+ years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in sirar by stc's products/services.
  • Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process.
  • Advanced proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
  • Intermediate command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation.
