This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the private jet charter sector to take on a pivotal role in one of the most dynamic markets in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders in the region. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying new business opportunities and closing high-value deals, while delivering the highest standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence in the VIP charter market
  • Managing and growing an existing client portfolio while proactively seeking new business
  • Providing bespoke travel solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients
  • Negotiating charter contracts and ensuring seamless coordination with operations teams
  • Staying abreast of market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Extensive experience in private jet charter sales, preferably within the Middle East market
  • Established network of UHNWIs, corporate clients, and industry professionals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets
