eMagine Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven VIP Charter Private Jet Sales Manager to join our client, a leading private aviation company, in Riyadh. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the private jet charter sector to take on a pivotal role in one of the most dynamic markets in the Middle East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders in the region. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying new business opportunities and closing high-value deals, while delivering the highest standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence in the VIP charter market
- Managing and growing an existing client portfolio while proactively seeking new business
- Providing bespoke travel solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients
- Negotiating charter contracts and ensuring seamless coordination with operations teams
- Staying abreast of market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Extensive experience in private jet charter sales, preferably within the Middle East market
- Established network of UHNWIs, corporate clients, and industry professionals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets
