Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging assessment centers for candidate evaluation, and strengthening our employer brand to attract top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workforce planning, recruitment marketing, advanced sourcing techniques, and the use of assessment centers to ensure a rigorous and data-driven selection process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and create effective hiring plans.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor hiring trends, improve recruitment strategies, and address workforce gaps.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including AI-driven recruitment tools, social media campaigns, and industry networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an efficient, structured, and engaging candidate experience.
- Develop and oversee job posting strategies across various platforms to attract top talent.
- Ensure hiring managers are equipped with structured interview processes and competency-based evaluation techniques.
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Streamline and improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high-quality hires.
- Design and implement assessment centers as part of the selection process for key roles.
- Utilize competency-based assessments, psychometric testing, role simulations, and case studies to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Train hiring managers and interviewers on structured interview techniques and assessment center methodologies.
- Ensure assessments align with the company's competency framework and hiring goals.
- Analyze assessment results and provide data-backed recommendations to hiring teams.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand to position it as an employer of choice.
- Develop recruitment marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, employee testimonials, and company culture showcases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles through networking, talent mapping, and proactive engagement.
- Partner with universities, career fairs, and industry events to enhance the company's visibility.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure hiring effectiveness, track recruitment KPIs, and optimize processes.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends in sourcing effectiveness, cost-per-hire, time-to-hire, and candidate experience.
- Stay updated on emerging HR tech and best practices in recruitment automation.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring standards.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring strategies.
- Provide training to hiring managers on bias-free recruitment and structured interview techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing assessment centers for candidate evaluation.
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring, executive recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of assessment center methodologies, competency-based hiring, and structured interview techniques.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to partner with business leaders and hiring teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in salary benchmarking and offer management.
