We are seeking a Revenue Collection Expert as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in the Middle East and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and monitor all aspects of revenue generation from the bus system
  2. Oversee the daily cash collections
  3. Audit ticket sales, daily reports, and reconciling financial discrepancies
  4. Supervise ticket inspectors
  5. Perform trend analysis relative to cost and schedule
  6. Administer ticket collection and tariff policy
  7. Generate financial reports, tracking income trends, and analyzing revenue generation
  8. Analyze fare evasion and recommend solutions
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 10 years' experience includes 5 years' experience in revenue collection
  2. Preferably with regional and international expertise, specifically 5 years' experience in the Middle East.
  3. Knowledge of international best practices and norms; international working experience in multicultural teams is advantageous
  4. Excellent personal administration skills (taking of minutes, conducting presentations, working to agreed deadlines, etc.)
  5. Preferably proficiency in Arabic language, speaking, writing & reading. Plus, English language skills both spoken and written.
  6. Full Computer Literacy.
